Digital Services

Order Dost provides digital software services and tools. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access to our premium features upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for all new users. We encourage you to use this trial period to fully evaluate our services and ensure they meet your business needs before purchasing a subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical error where you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same invoice, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
